HOTEL SENTRAL MELAKA @ CITY CENTRE, Malacca – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel room was not suitable for accommodating three people, with facilities only for two guests, and numerous issues like a non-functional refrigerator, water leak, and ineffective air conditioning. The room cleanliness was subpar, particularly in room 617, leading to discomfort for guests, including an 11-month-old baby who couldn't bear the heat. The service was delightful, especially the receptionist who promptly provided extra towels with a welcoming smile and the friendly housekeeping staff. The location was convenient in the city center, near Johnnie Walker attractions, albeit with occasional maintenance issues impacting comfort. The dining experience was pleasant though marred by the use of condensed milk for cereals. The facilities, however, were lacking in quality, reflecting the need for improvement.
